The site is situated next to an old salt warehouse and it is mostly under slope. Designer decided to create “serpentines” - cascadical garden (park) with Mediterranean plants and small hidden benches in between. There are also vertical garden systems with different plants that look fantastic on the stone wall which is continuing on the old city walls. On the lower part of the garden is an extremely long bench, which design was inspired by old salt collectors “shoes” - made of a piece of wood and leather stripe. There is a path next to the bench, for those who don’t want to climb the cascades. There is also a small cocktail bar in the park area.
The lower level (the warehouse entrance area) is designed in the same mode, with some chromed exterior furniture. The facade is made to look like salt and the doors/windows have a mirrored effect to reflect the surroundings.
